File Supreme Court Decision: Massachusetts et. al. versus the Environmental Protection Agency et. al.
Argued Nov. 29, 2006. Decided April 2, 2007. 5-4 in favor of the EPA having the statutory authority to regulate greenhouse gases in new automobiles. Both Opinion of the Court and Dissenting Opinion are in the file.
File Dangerous Human-Made Interference with Climate
Testimony presented April 26th, 2007, to the US House of Representatives by Dr. Jim Hansen, a leading climate scientist at NASA Goddard. The NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS), at Columbia University in New York City, is a laboratory of the Earth Sciences Division of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center and a unit of the Columbia University Earth Institute. Research at GISS emphasizes a broad study of global climate change. It should be noted Dr. Hasen testified as private individual and not in the capacity of a NASA scientist.

The Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change, is a 700-page report released on October 30, 2006 by economist Sir Nicholas Stern for the British government, which discusses the effect of climate change and global warming on the world economy. The Executive Summary is provided here.
